Private chefs makes life easier by saving you the time of menu planning, standing in supermarket line-ups, cooking and clean up.  Not to mention the fact that you will be eating gourmet personalized entrées at the touch of a button in the convenience of your own home or villa.  He will set the table, plate and serve the food, as many or as few courses and you'd like, then clear the table and clean the kitchen before leaving.

We have a wide variety of local produce and fresh caught local fish to choose from.  Some gourmet items are even grown in our own gardens.  We can also incorporate different flavors from Caribbean to Thai to Mediterranean, and we can also take care of any special dietary requirements.  We can even do kosher! 
 

Cooking Lessons Worried about what to do on a rainy day?  Learn how to cook with Caribbean flair!  We can arrange private instruction from one of our professional chefs using fresh local ingredients and proper culinary techniques. We cook with rum!

Villa Provisioning Prior to your arrival in the British Virgin Islands, our staff can have your villa fully provisioned with the freshest of ingredients and/or pre-made salads and meals. It will all be waiting for you when you arrive from the airport. Why waste your valuable vacation time in the grocery store when you should be enjoying nature's little secret. Picnics If you'd like to have a quiet day on the beach or on the water, we'd be more than happy to drop off a personalized gourmet meal.
